Are they Rosettes or Lollies?

I am always confused as to what these little guys are called but since I like the word Rosette I'm going to call them that.  I’m not sure where the name came from so if anyone knows feel free to let us all know.

As promised I have made a quick tutorial on how to make them.

Simply Scored Thanksgiving Wreath Stampin’ Up! Style
